Looking for opinions on this muzzleloader. I've been shooting cva for 12-15 years it's been good but I want another muzzy. I've been doing some research on them they are well liked. Any personal info on this I would greatly appreciate it.

I have 2 of them. With some after market parts they are spotless in the breech area after shooting.
Mine will ignite Blackhorn 209 powder consistently.
Made in USA.
They are spendy from the factory, but I bought my first used for about $200.
I would buy another if it came along at a good price.

I love mine. It is crazy accurate and not bad to clean.

I would consider the mountaineer 45cal with 1in20 fast twist barrel. Unless your state requires a 50 cal. Then look into shooting the 40cal maximus 240 gr bullets.
