I just wanted to give a quick shoutout and thanks to Knight for outstanding customer service!

After a recent hunt, I noticed the little bolt retainer assembly (part #M008462) had fallen out and was lost.

I contacted Knight on Tuesday via their on-line form and Wednesday Steve Bryan responded that he would ship one out to me that day.

I received the replacement part yesterday on the west coast via FedEx.

You can’t do any better than that. Outstanding customer service!

Nice to hear. I have always had good luck when contacting them. I often hear bad reports but that is the opposite for me

Good to hear. Where was the Knight office you contacted? I have a Knight Disc inherited from a relative that needs a few parts. I've seen an address near me in Tennessee and was just thinking I'd go by.
