Leftover antelope tags

Leftover doe antelope tags go on sale july 20th. Some units you can buy 2 tags and some units you can buy 4 tags. Where can I find out what units you can have 4 tags ?

In the regs that came with my buck tag it stated that you could get up to 4 leftover tags in any unit.
