Leftover tag question

I was curious if one could somehow buy a leftover general tag for deer if I already have a tag for one unit and exchange it for another. I can't find anything in regs regarding this specific question.

You can exchange one tag for another. It doesn't look like there will be any leftovers this year..all tags have been sold out the last few years. If you're just looking to hunt a different general area, tag exchanges are discussed in the rule book.
