Lemon Chicken Alfredo w/ Bacon and Burst Cherry Tomatoes

Wife wanted chicken tonight, so we got crazy and went back to an old standby. Filet a couple chicken breasts thin and in half, take out the tendons, and slice into strips. Cook hot and quick, and set to the side. Cook your chunked bacon, cut some cherry tomatoes in half, and add to the bacon at the end. Mix the chicken back in, and add your lemon Alfredo sauce, parmesan, and a little mozzarella. Pour over the penne pasta and mix. Serve with Parmesan breadsticks.

Good pasta dishes are something I definitely make plenty of. I love the leftovers!! Added in some butter fried snow peas tonight!
