The wife has been watching too many of those Chopped shows! Tonight she told me "Your mystery ingredient is citrus!!" Yes, master.
Tore the pantry apart and this was the best I could come up with on short notice. Leftover rotisserie chicken, lemon pasta, lemon Alfredo, sautéed squash, and breadsticks. I must admit - it was really good!!!
