looking for a good butcher/processor near the manti unit

looking for a good place to get a elk processed near the manti unit, normaly do it myself but have a second hunt and leaving right from one to the other and would like to possibly have it done and frozen before i hit the road.

may find a way to bring a freezer and gen and still do it myself but looking at my options

Ungerman meats in Huntington does a good job. They also do taxidermy, so they should be able to take care of whatever level of work you need done. We've taken several clients animals there.

This year may be interesting. I know a guy that has a beef he wants killed and butchered. all the meat cutters are months out. I wonder if they are that busy now if they will be able to accept game animals on short notice.
I'm Glad I know how to process my own animals.
