Low Country Brunswick Stew - Warm and Filling

Our Spring kinda morphed back into Winter, with a little snow and rain straight out of the North. Brrr!!! Had a bunch of leftover chicken and pork, simmered in chicken stock until pull-apart tender, lots of spices, potatoes, onions, baby butter beans, and kernel corn. Plenty of hot sauce, and pushed into the spoon with some torn up fresh tortillas.... Yummy!!

Chef Blank how far is it to your house and what time is dinner tonight. I'll bring the beer, wine, or whiskey or scotch you pick.
BTW I don't drink cheap scotch just sayin I'll also bring a hearty appetite

Love to sometime, and I have never met a Scotch I didn't like.

Kids are rolling in from Colorado today, and I'm sure they are bringing their own hearty appetites. Extra large grill of baby-back ribs, Idaho fries, cole slaw and alcohol. Sure will be nice to see them again!!
