Meat processing in Boise Metro?

Looking for advice on processors in the Boise metro area. Ideally, prefer one who is open or can take in animals over the wknd and who does specialty sausages, pepper sticks, etc. Anyone have any good ones?

There is a place down in Garden City that does an awesome job making summer sausage and pepperoni.
They are off of 46th street back behind a trailer park.
I had some meat processed by Meats Royal on overland, never again will I take anything there.

I would never use Custom Butcher again. They were jerks and did a poor job.

Are you talking about Gem Meat Packing? I can't seem to find another butcher/processor near 46th St.

Not sure if they are taking new clients, but we have been using Tackets in Nampa for years. Spendy, but they do a top notch job.

Custom Butcher does a good job. If you're expecting a smile and a warm welcome, go somewhere else. My meat always comes out great.
