Yeah, they evacuated on Friday...was up there scouting. I just hope it does burn southwest...so far 12,000ac and 0% containment.

The fire took a big run last night and is over 43,000 ac. Maps show everything torched from Tule Lake Refuge to the glass flows just north of Medicine Lk. The whole area (northern Ca & southern Or) now has a red flag warning for today for winds & lightening. Not Good!!!
