Hello everyone. I have been guiding Mexico Coues hunts with Diamond Outfitters for about 15 years.In 2023 I was lucky enough to have a super talented videographer and good friend Dallas Hemeyer join us. This is the second video from that trip and I figured you might enjoy it. Dallas is super talented and Mexico is a special place. If you have ever thought about a coues hunt down there, my advice is do it now!

Hahaha fair question. My wife (the cook) tones it down for everyone. Plenty of flavor with minimal burn on the back end.
