This week we celebrate a special birthday.

Monica Lewinsky turns 31 this week, can you belive it?

Seems like just yesterday she was crawling around the White House on her hands and knees and putting things in her mouth and getting her dresses all dirty...they grow up fast, don't they?

I heard she had to have knee replacement surgery! Even though she is 31, she still is only waist high.
