Good article Bess, and it sums things up except that Goldberg the Atlantic writer has managed to pen some other stories that he knew were false at the time they were written to smear Trump and support his removal. In fact that little scribe was one of the leaked sources to write articles claiming Trump colluded with Russia.

So in the end some power managed to divide our nation using lies, deceit and fake news that in the end we see exploited every night in our streets. It's a sad state of affairs but hopefully in the end, goodness and truth will prevail. We the people have the power to purge this cancer from within our midst. Our founders made sure we had that power when they founded our nation, now it's up to us to realize all men are flawed, but our founding principles have endured. It's up to us to vote for those ideals and purge the cancer that tried to kill our nation and take our nation by illegal means.

Until the pendulum swings away from contempt, the healthy competition of ideas and credible, important reporting is shouted down. Hit jobs and smears — alleged or otherwise — will dominate the news cycle. If you don’t see that as an issue, that might be the problem.

Any honest person would have to surmise two things

1. The article using anonymous sources and claiming to be news is a smear of the President and it is bad for the country.

2. The nation is divided and nobody trusts the media so people rely any source that supports their own bias and beliefs. Look at the vast majority on mm.com, They are in an echo chamber instead of looking at anything that uses all the facts.

So now the California contingent on here, can come on a bash anyone who suggests they aren't 100% right, always and forever. Let's hear it.

Nemont you make some good points but you also let your bias play havoc with your common sense, like all of us. For example the deficit which is a huge issue but sometimes they have to spend money to protect the people. You'd have a damn heart attack having to admit some of what Trump did worked or was in the nations best interest. Yet there's more informed people sitting in Washington at numerous levels with better education will agree with many of the moves they made. It's not always about just the deficit it's about national security and a host of other issues like the damn pandemic. You know that but get caught up on your kids having to repay it which is commendable and you're not wrong we agree on it. Obama never cared and I contend it was all part of the plan to run the ship aground.

The echo chamber comment goes both ways and if you think the mm echo chamber is loud, it's is a poorly funded obscure example compared to the dems vast complicit fake news media machine. So whose echo chamber drowns out the other?

You obviously aren't too aware of just how badly CA corruption has silenced the voices of opposition and used their big city clout to control the game. We have a lot of guys on here that could clear that up for you, So the MM echo chamber does have it's benefits, since you guys in lower density areas seem to be insulated from some of the reality's of life in the fast lane.

If they hadn't bought into it and believed their eyes where would we be today? Would Trump still be in office? What in the hell would have happened if they managed to remove him based on what's going on in our streets?

If they managed to silence the free press where will we be then? Nobody knows the answers to this but based on what they're allowing we're not in a good place.

Those that foolishly think it can't happen here are really being foolish, it's happened all over the world so we're not immune. We should be but the proofs going on right before your eyes, and some of the arrests are revealing things are a little better organized than people are led to believe.

The mass voting gambit shows they don't give damn about anything except getting into power. They used the same ruse in other elections and they got away with it so why not the big one since the states control the elective process. That's the ultimate end game anyway and Trump with all his warts and flaws is the only thing in the way currently, if he wins the end game set back decades either way the deficit is of no mind to them since the guys really playing this game have the means to not give damn.

I focus on the debt not the deficit. The debt is with us and has grown to be larger than the entire economy. Your hero has added to the debt at a faster pace than any president has, even the idiot in office for eight years before him.

I leave my corner of the world often, have been all over the country, have traveled and live outside the country for many years while on duty in the Army and while off duty as a civilian. Ah yes but lest not we forget the states control the individuals within their borders and as such control the law enforcement and the left very clearly played those cards very early on the game. If Trump had cracked down on them it would have been abuse of his powers and fueled up the dictator fascist rhetoric. That's why they stood down in the little game and only went after them for their violations on federal property.

You can't identify them because they;re using them for shields and they intermingle and the real leaders incite the troops and stand back and watch it unfold. When you see it in action it clears up the picture real quick. The real protesters become the destructive ones thru manipulation and hate filled rhetoric, It's not too unlike a few guys inciting a group to go get a guy in jail and hang him in the old west. The guys doing this are well trained and know exactly what they're doing. Its easy to incite folks that have been oppressed for more than 200 years and deprived of their real chance to get ahead and live in broken down ghettos. Then to top it all of those that do things are rewarded in the process and heralded as true believers, that are making their difference to change our oppressive country.

As to all the white people out there they've been indoctrinated to believe we've discriminated against the blacks and damaged them using our white privilege and all the things it affords us to hold them down, We should be ashamed of what we did so we need to repent and help lift them up and pay them for what we've done to give them a chance to be equal through reparations. The blacks are led to believe we owe them with this narrative and the white kids are shamed for what their parents and grand parents did to them.....and the whole narrative is fueled and they support each other in their endeavors to make things right. So together they commit acts against the evil capitalists, corporations, government, and the evil Trump administration that allowed all this to happen since they're fascists, nazi's and hate blacks and Trumps the worst offender since he colluded with Russia to oppress them. It's all simply boilerplate socialist ideology being used to create civil unrest to fuel a cultural revolution. Instead of using the workers like they did in Europe they substituted racial division in mass, to use as the proletariat to fuel their revolution. It's well organized and funded or it would have been over by now.

Barr called their bluff and now we'll see how they change the game since what they're going to charge the ringleaders with is a federal offense and carries some serious time if convicted. Hopefully law and order will be restored but based on what we've seen to this point it's most likely not going to end but be more selective and random to make law enforcement more difficult. There's a lot of country to attack and federal law enforcement isn't as concentrated so it makes things more difficult. The polling shows the country wants law enforcement to stop it, and the dems have started to start the deescalation rhetoric but still wont address the BLM and antifa by name so the game continues. We know BLM, antifa, & Soros aren't out of money......or is prison a big enough deterrent......... the game continues and time will tell.
