Mule Deer Counties

So I came up with Carbon, Mineral, Jefferson, and Silver Bow counties being the worst counties in MT for mule deer antler size according to B&C and P&Y. Does that sound about right to everyone or is there any big bucks coming out of those counties that are in other record books?

Great or crappy genetics don't really matter at all with FWP management practices... 6 week general season until Dec. 1st

Some simple math from MT FWP's own website:
Estimated 2018 Mule Deer Buck Harvest = 39,302
Modeled Total Mule Deer Population = 334,965
Total MD bucks >1 year old (being very generous at 20% of population which includes fawns) = 66,993

MT FWP management = at least 58.6% of the bucks killed every year. And probably more like 70%, since that 20% of the population # is very generous.

Statistically, this summer's forky only has a 2.5% chance of making it to 4.5 years of age from legal hunting (does not include winter kill, road kill, poaching, or predation)
