I had a plan to fix point creep in Wyoming. But my Mega Millions lotto ticket didn't pay off. My plan was to win a billion dollars and buy Wyoming. Then make everyone a non-resident and eliminate points all together. Completely random draw and secretive draw. If I liked someone, they drew a tag! If not, them better luck next time! Of course, I would draw whatever tag, no make that tags, I wanted!

Oh well, maybe I'll win next time...
