My Take on Black-Eyed Peas for New Year's

Spiced up a notch over the regular, traditional ones. BEP, bacon, onion, fresh garlic, peppers, ROTEL, chicken broth, and some spices.

Simmered on low for 4+ hours, and they were amazing. With pork tenderloin and a salad, the New Year started off pretty good!!!
