Hey EE,
I was just looking at your units on OnX, I've never hunted Mule Deer there, but I have been in those areas hunting coyotes. There are several guzzlers spread throughout. If you get a chance to head up there and do some scouting, take a look at the White River Valley area. There is a lot of water and cattle, the river is all private land, but I sure you could contact the landowner (Sunnyside Ranch Holdings) and get permission.
Otherwise man, find the water and during the day when its hot, look for them to be bedded in the shade.
