I was back there last month for Antelope hunt, saw a single Yote in an Alfalfa pasture on the eastside of Hwy 93 between Ely & Cherry Creek. He was always in the same spot and had his head/ears looking at hole I would guess in ground.
The local guy with me saw it after I told him about it. He said two days later it was still they "looking for dinner" in that alfalfa pasture....that Yote was determined to get his meal for sure.
