Nevada Mountain Goat

Was looking at the nonresident draw stat's and noticed in the Mountain Goat section that 1 person had 10 pts, 1 person had 9 he drew, 1 person had 3 and 1534 had 0pts. I thought that last year was the first year for non-resident tag. Am I wrong or is something funny going on?

Maybe they were resdents and moved out of state?

Must have been. You can transfer your points with you if you move.

What a dilema he was in!! Happy to draw the tag but man, going from res. fee$$ to getting it very deep for the non-res. fee$$. I hope he had a great hunt and harvest.
