New Hunter. Montana general vs. limited units.

Hey everyone. New here and new to hunting. drew my first tag in MT. Big game combo. I am asking if anyone knowns how to tell which units are "general season" units. I have onX maps and can see public/private and unit boundaries. I just have no idea which units are limited entry and need to be avoided on my general tag. if anyone has a map that shows this or a recourse. Thanks

very late response, apologies. Thanks for the resources. I ended up filling both deer and elk tags. so fortunate to have found some one generous enough to help pack/sled out a big 6x6 bull... in 3-feet of snow, 4 miles, and 1800ft of elevation, in below zero F temps. A first hunt i won't soon forget.

Well that's a way better start for a novice hunter than anyone could ever expect. Congratulations indeed.
If you are not hooked on hunting now, your expectations need some examination.
