Buddy there in eagle river said his flowers were finally blooming last week. If thats true one of the latest springs I remember. Nice finds but bet it feels good to get out.

Definitely a late spring and the windiest summer I’ve seen.

AK is so big I don’t know how the winter treated the animals in the majority of the state. In my area it was bad and the spring wasn’t great either. When you’re hearing reports of a herd of 10 ewes and only one lamb if that doesn’t say we’re focked I don’t know what would?

I have nothing positive to say about sheep hunting in AK right now.
