Went to Sun Valley for the grand-daughters high school graduation. Her 15 year old sister wanted to do the charcuterie for the party. Gonna have to up my game to stay with that girl in the kitchen. Smoked salmon 3 different ways, lots of crackers, chips, cheeses and deli meats. My son did a few tri-tips on the smoker, and some great lime shrimp on the barbie for fajitas.
Got home in time tonight to fix some dinner for us. Spicy seared bacon-wrapped sea scallops for me, and just the basic Cobb salad for the wife. Love fried Idaho potatoes too!!
