Called about my binos. They said they had a no ask lifetime warranty and to send them in. One of the eye cups twisted off but they wouldn’t just sell me a new eye cup. Sent them in and didn’t hear anything but today received a package.
Not MY binos. They sent a new set. Mine were an older (2012) model of monarchs. They sent monarch 5s. I would rather have my older pair fixed or comparable in price. Also no warranty now. Should have just bought eyecups off the internet I guess
