Looks like it is a 'no thinking' policy. The progressives are out of control and dumbing down our kids. Teachers can tell kids sex with multiple partners is healthy and drugs are cool(Boulder Colorado), yet giving a buddy a high five is banned. Lame-ass excuses as to why this is needed. If gangs are a problem, kick the litlle thugs out of school!
