Noooooo way ........ ! No clue how many but where there's one there's usually more ! And I'm a hundred percent positive there's at least one !

If there are officially ?no? wolves in Colorado then that ?big coyote? can be shot on sight! At least that is what I think!!!!

i believe i saw 2 North of Kremmling about 5 years ago while deer hunting. Saw coyotes later in the hunt and reinforced my belief that first sighting was 2 wolves.
About a year later, at my home in the woods in Boulder county i saw what i thought was a wolf. I got my binocs on him at about 50 yards through a big window for about one minute. NOT a coyote! My neighbor has a couple wolves mounted in his trophy room so i had seen wolves up close, damn sure have seen some VERY STILL coyotes up close! This sighting may have been a wolf/dog hybrid or loosed from a rescue - though many miles away in Gilpin county it is possible.
