More of a Newark!! Toasted Hoagie rolls, mayo and spicy brown mustard, pepper jack cheese, cut and grilled steak, sautéed red peppers (no green), and pickled onions. Real, super-salty Lay's potato chips. If I had only had a fat Kosher dill pickle out of a barrel, it would have been perfect!!
