Police arrest 2 after man shot during Provo protest

Police have arrested two people in connection with the shots that were fired at a protest Monday night in Provo.

After reading that article it sounds like the police was not near the so called peaceful protest.
I think the Mayor Michelle Kaufusi and the police has some explaining to do.
There should always be some kind of police presence at any protest.
The Mayor is John Huntsman running mate for the Governor.
In the article it states the organizer of the protest asked the protesters to go home when they got to the police station and was chanting "hands up dont shoot."
I bet she had got wind that the driver of that SUV was shot.
