Spoke with my attorney who looked over the evidence and he came to the conclusion I couldnt beat it even though it was a totally different situation than the public was led to believe. I agreed to plead guilty to illegal possession of my deer you see here as well as illegal possession on the one in September as well as some other illegal possession charges in other cases and illegal take of a bear and a deer.
Anyhow some will see it as poaching is poaching is poaching and you're a poacher for life. Thats fine but just wanted to get some of the facts of the case (that you can look up in court records) out there for others to read. Do with it what you will. Hopefully bowhntr will fill you in on the details of his good friends the Krugs who went down for the poaching of the elk and deer and license fraud.

Excuses are like buttholes. Yours stinks.
Blaming everyone else.

And yet you are caught up in at least 3 deer and a bear poaching cases.

"Not someone I would be telling that to" does not mean "I would never say it was poached because it was killed legally".

And innocent people do not plead guilty to 4+ charges. Guilty people looking for lighter sentences do.

So, you're telling me, that you didn't poach ANYTHING? But, you plead guilty to ILLEGALLY TAKING multiple animals (poaching), because you were with a friend who illegally took a deer without your knowledge?!!!! Once again thankful for this awesome buck and thanks to my wife for putting up with my obsession. I'll post more pics later on.

Plus all the cameras he was caught stealing the year before. A bunch of mine disappeared in the same area that year.
It’s always better to take the route of telling the truth with accountability and humbleness.
Lots of people have an easier time understanding that route than the opposite way which is how 777 has always handled it all even the camera stealing incident.
This all happened most likely for a huge lesson in that humbleness not cockiness is the best way to make things better when caught stealing cameras or illegally taking wildlife. True sorrys and humbleness go a lot father with people than denial and ego. Just my take

It's a tribute to two people. The first is the guy who introduced me to bowhunting in AZ. The second is my big brother, we gave him the nickname because he was like a slow elk ( a nickname given to the cattle bulls that constantly busted us when bow hunting). Big brother was built like a Bull!!

Bump this one back up. Since everyone is up in arms about the A3 guide poaching one trophy elk, how about 4 trophy deer, a bear, and a coati, along with trail camera theft and 2 counts of fraud.

Can anyone guess who this guy is related to? I will give you "350" guesses....

There is a season for Coatimundi. And raccoon here in AZ. Not a year round season on them. Sept 1 to March 31. In "Other birds and mammals" section of the regs.
