I had a deer license last year, and just want to gain points for deer and elk this year. On the online application page, there's a box that looks like it should not be checked if I want to gain points (although it is worded poorly). Then when I get to the payment page it says something about opting out of preference points? Also, since I had a deer license last year, I should not be paying $25 for deer or elk points?
