I am just curious, on my MT OnX the maps show something different than Colorado and WY. For example along the powder River there are places where the river is surrounded by BLM or State land. Marked and shaded as public, but they carve out the river path (or at least try to) and that section is not COlorado as public.
Any idea why this is? Does it mean the river it self is private despite public lands on both sides or is it something else?
