OnX question, Walk in areas

On my recent hunt, I used OnX to navigate public land. I loaded an offline map that captured my entire hunt area. It was only when I got out there that I realized I wasn't seeing the Walk In Areas on my phone. Back at the computer now and see the WIAs just fine, but not on my phone. Is there something I need to do to see them on my iPhone or is this normal? This caused a little bit of stress in the field, although luckily we weren't leaning on WIAs too much.

Hmmm.. I'd check your layers. I'm not familiar with the functionality of OnX and the I phone. I do know that if you have the public land /walk -in area layer turned on the walk -ins show up just fine on my Android.

haha... take it easy on yourself. Truth be told most of us "experts" have learned by trial and error (lots of error) too !
