First time my grocery has carried the mini corn tortillas. Perfect excuse for street tostadas!! Crisp them for 4 minutes, until they start to cook and curl. Layer on the beans, cheese, taco meat, and more cheese. Cook another 4 minutes, until the cheese is hot and gooey. Serve with the usual toppings like L&T, pico and onions, and Spanish rice. Wish I had gone and gotten an avocado. Oh well!!
