Photo Editing website

I was using www.irfanview.com for a long time and really liked it and easy to use to resize pictures and upload to My Pictures or Documents folders. But recently I had to up grade with a new 'puter and got Windows 7 Professional and when the tech transferred over all my files this Irfanview never uploaded and need something that is easy to use and make it simply.

Any suggestions on which website is good and easy to upload pictures to save on my computer? I use to have to resize a lot of pictures for guys can not do it now.

You may want to ask the Tech if Windows 8 free upgrade is ok and this way, you will not have stress with then again, a different Version.

The newer Windows 8 may have installed options once upgraded.

Brian, I used to have to resize photos to post here on MM, (I used photoshop) but now they automatically resize when you post them. That was added some time ago. Is that what you mean? If not, sorry.
