The other day at the grocery, they were clearing out Smithfield pork tenderloins for $2/lb!! Outrageous, one third the price of hamburgers!!! A boy can make something to eat out of that.

Trimmed all the fat and silver skin off, chopped the tips and tails for breakfast at a later time. I don't know the last time I had such beautiful tenderloins! Seared in hot cast iron, Some Parmesan julienned squash, and white rice to soak up gravy. Single malt for me and Pendleton for the wife. Dinner really hit the spot with the wife tonight!!

Saturday here- I cooled Bratwurst on the grill, wife made salad. Some Guacamole left too. They were Winco Brats and very good.
Simple easy peasy.
