A little time on my hands this afternoon and decided to have a nice dinner. Fileted out a couple nice pork tenderloins, filled them up with asparagus and long grain wild rice. Rolled them up and bound closed, baked for a while and then kept basting them with a warm mixture of butter/soy/balsamic/Worchestershire/garlic/S&P. Turned out pretty darn good!
