What is everyones opinions on this situation? I feel like 1 of three things could have happened hear:
1-hunter wounded the bull and could never find and recover the bull.
2-poachers shot the bull, left it to rot only to come back later for the deadhead.
3-hunter who waited 24 years for the tag shot the bull after over estimating its size and ground checked it not wanting to put a tag of a lifetime on it!
I have personally seen situation 3 with a lot of deer hunters only to confront them politely and tell them I found their buck! They usually have some sort of excuse as to why they couldn't find it...
