...with BBQ sauce last night. A baked tater, ear of fresh corn, hunk of bannock and some raw jicama with Creole seasoning, salt & lime juice made for a meal I couldn't finish, i.e., saved half the tater.

I have to make the Ex wife recipe again. It is 1 cup French Dressing, 1 package Italian Dressing and I can of jellied cranberry. Parboil country style ribs for 10 minutes with some garlic powder and salt.
Pat dry and place them in a 9x9 and cover with foil. Bake at 275 for 4 hours.

That sounds pretty good. I wonder if the crockpot would work.
