Man, it came out good. The MIL said it was the best beef she has ever eaten. Fork tender, and plenty of left-overs. Had corn on cob and twice baked potatoes. Love leftover potatoes with butter, sour cream, Parmesan and Cheddar mixed in.

Had I known.....

My bro lived in IF for years and I spend a fair amount of time up there on visits and hunting trips. He had a Cali sheep tag (Idaho) and I had a desert sheep tag (Utah) in 2000 so we each spent lots of time in both States.
