Girls were boring tonight. Only wanted a sirloin repeat, but in au jus tonight. I had a bunch of tender pulled pork just begging to be eaten. Hatch chiles and salsa verde, beans and rice w/ Cotija cheese. Fresh mushrooms in butter and wine. Delicious!!!
Try not to worry about the posting. We do our share of left overs, or fast food and sandwiches that are never picture worthy. I just like to post stuff that different and easy, and we may not get all the time. Thanks.
