Simple and easy, I even cheat and use a pre-made frozen pie crust. 5 eggs, cup of Half and Half, cup of shredded cheddar cheese, I like to add diced green chiles and mushrooms. The wife doesn’t like spicy so I usually make two distinctly different types. For meats, any combo of ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo or Andouille.
12 months ago, I was seriously over eating and drinking too much. Topped out at 302# for a life time high. Took some much needed diet steps and lost 70#, 4 pant sizes, and gained an entire wardrobe closet of new old camo!!! . Going strong again, and feeling good for a 70 year old.
