Quota System

What are everyones thoughts on "Quotas" for employment. I ask due to the controversy surrounding the hiring of Don Shulas son as the next head coach at Alabama. Jesse Jackson insists that african americans are being persecuted against due to the fact that these schools or professional sports teams dont interview the "token" black man for the position. Dont get me wrong, I think it shopuld be the best man or woman for the job no matter what color or gender. I would be pissed if I were a "minority" or a woman and got a job for that reason only.

How about a quota on the players ? If they did that then they would drop they're quota ranting for the coaches IMO.
