Cool!! One of my first centerfire rifles is a model 7 .17, bought it when I was 9 or 10 from money I made shoveling snow. Killed a metric ton of coyotes, fox, jackrabbits, even a couple deer with it. Still have mine. They’re quite valuable. Might wanna keep that stock so you can sell it as original someday.

Thanks for the advise, Might just have to look into keeping it forever, my girls love it. Hence the BLUE stock!

I have one of those also. Took the wood stock off the day I bought it and set it aside. Also killed a bunch of coyote with mine. Haven’t shot it in almost 20 years.
