Riding into the Bob

Decided I want to ride into the Bob Marshall next spring and check out the Chinese wall. Cancer is calling my name, I'm telling it to kiss my ass. What is the best trail head to leave out of on mules. Any info about the best time to go in or camps along the way would be greatly appreciated. PM me if preferred, can provide info into the headwaters of the Yellowstone if needed for trade.

Benchmark is pretty good for getting to the wall. The campground and the trail head are a mile or so apart

I'm not real familiar with the Bob, having ventured into it only once by horseback. But...there can't be many prettier places than Sunbust Lake in this country.
