Saber Tooth Bullets

Does anyone know if Colorado had declared these bullets legal? Illegal? Has anyone used them? Thanks

Yes, they are legal. Very similar design to powerbelts. But any bullet that tells that it gets "excellent expansion" is not the toughest bullet out there. If you use them don't push them too hard. never exceed 100-110 gr of powder with them and bigger is better.

I liked the 350s the best. The 250 and 270s are really short and stubby and fall into the powerbelt category as far as powder charges go, 80-90gr pyrodex - goex 2f MAX otherwise they will splatter paper thin. Just the way it goes with hollow points and soft lead.
