Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend. Since there's not much hunting going on I spent a couple of days last week fishing the Juan with a college buddy. Conditions are perfect with the river running at 500 cfs, and the dry fly fishing incredible. Caught most of our fish site-fishing and casting dries to feeding fish (kind of like spot and stalk huntin'). Should be good for a while so if you get the chance go! Btw, the ant fall has NOT happenned yet but will happen any day now if the right rain conditions hit. (though some of the bigger bows are already chowing on big terrestrial dries)Here's a few pics:

Big fish of the trip, my buddy Nels with a 25" bow that ate a big dry. Fish looks kinda' small considering it's being held by a 6'5" former linebacker.
