Ground up and cased some Blacktail sausage with my two boys and a couple of the older son's buddies last weekend. #25 of all pork bulk breakfast sausage, #25 of deer/bacon end bulk burger grind, #25 of Tuscan deer/pork in casings, #25 of General Tso's Asian deer/pork in casings. Tried two new seasoning blends from PS seasonings, the Tuscan and the General's. The general was an impulse try when I ordered the seasonings a few months ago and turned out to be everyone's hands down favorite. Good to try new things from time to time!
