Sausage, Peppers, and Onions with Farfelle pasta

Been about 6 months since we lost OutdoorWriter. I miss that guy, and our talks about northern New Jersey Italian food! He'd enjoy this.

Italian sausage tonight, with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Farfelle (bowtie) pasta and home made marinara. Baked some Naan flatbread, and added sharp Havarti, hummus and tomato.

My measure of success is if the wife eats a full plate. She had seconds tonight, so that's a win in my book!!
