scope for black diamond

looking for scope. Attempted a varixll, but was to long.What about burris compact, or sightron compact? I do not want to remove rear sight. I think there is still states were you can not use scopes.

Wayne I put a bushnell 3x9 BP on mine , I also putone on my T/C Firehawk , its good scope ....NMhuntnutt
