you can get one list A tag (most bull or buck public land hunts are list A) and a list B or C tag in either the primary or secondary draws. You will not be able to get more than one list A tag...

It seems like it should be after July 29th (last day to pay for a tag on the 2nd draw), but before August 4th (when they sell the rest of the leftover tags). I guess they could update the list after the 2nd draw and just add to it when people don't pay for their tag though?
