Server issue

Just curious if anyone else is having issues. Applied for my tag and on the billing end there was no option for state and country. You click it was just blank. Then got a server error. This happned 3 times. Called FWP and he said they are aware of the issues. They had me try the app and it wouldn't even accept to find my als number.I had to apply over the phone. Well i got 2 people in my party. When they applied they had the same issue. So we all applied over the phone
